We offer a 1-Day Rush!  -- For those times when you absolutely need it the next day, we offer a 1-Day Rush for an additional $150 ($250 extra on jumbo loans).  You will receive your appraisal by 7:00 p.m. 1 day after you order it -- guaranteed.  We also offer a 2-Day Rush for an additional $75 ($175 on jumbo loans).

We have credit card capability --  We have made paying for your appraisal easy!  Have your client pay at the door with their credit card.  It is convenient for them and you won't have to hassle paying the appraisal fee when the appraisal is delivered.  (Yes we still accept checks and cash.)
